Eric Dille, President of B & D Professional Builders, after serving in the 1990 Gulf War with United States Marine Corp, started building  in 1996.  While working for a small family firm in the Ozarks, he learned the fundamentals of Construction Management.  He later took a position with a local Architectural Firm as a Construction Manager.  In 1999 Eric was recruited by David Weekley Homes in Colorado.  Eric became very successful in his position and over the years achieved several prestigious construction awards.  He was awarded "Builder of the Year in 2000 and again in the 2005."   Eric was also inducted into the Denver Metro “Who’s Who” guide for 2007.  This particular recognition is awarded to individuals who are recognized for excellence in their industry.  Eric has experience in both single family and multi-family construction.  Eric is known for his personal attachment to each and every job.  He treats each job with the same respect and dilagent care in which he would expect from someone performing construction duties on his own home.  Eric Dille loves what he does and it definitely shows in his work.

Greg Bickelhaupt, Vice President of Construction, started his career in his late teens as a Framing Carpenter in California. Greg served in the Army as an Army Medic during the 1990 Gulf War. After an honorable discharge from the Army, Greg became an owner of a remodeling company that specialized in Deck and Basement Finish. Greg went to expand his knowledge in the Construction Field and subsequently became a Construction Manager working for David Weekly Homes in Denver, Colorado.  After several years working for David Weekly Homes, Greg was offered a position with Monterra Homes, Denver, Colorado. After careful consideration, Greg accepted the position. During his time with Monterra Homes working as Construction Manager, Greg managed several properties both single family and multi-family units. Greg eventually moved into the position of Director of Operations and purchasing.

Valerie Dille brings a variety of knowledge and experience to our team. She has ten years of Escrow Experience. She began her career working as a receptionist for an Escrow Company in California. She eventually moved into the position of Junior Escrow Officer and finally Senior Escrow Officer. She worked as a Senior Escrow Officer for 7 years. After moving to the Denver area, Valerie took time off to be at home with her daughters. Valerie's girls eventually began school. Valerie decided that she was ready to get back out into the work force.

Valerie took a position with The City Greenwood Village working as an Administrative Assistant in the Fleet Department. As time passed, Valerie was offered a position with the Douglas County Building Division in Castle Rock. There she worked full time as one of the County's Building Clerks. She worked very closely with Building Inspectors, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Project Coordinators/Managers and the General Public.

Valerie has past and present experience in accounts receivable and payable. Valerie is extremely organized and tenacious. She knows what it takes to get the job done.



When asked about previous construction trials and tribulations this is what Eric Dille had to say.  “Because our clients are the most important aspect of our business we strive to exceed their expectations. We feel that communication with our clients is vital.”
